Biometric & Face Data: Staff face attendance templates stored as encrypted mathematical vectors solely for internal attendance verification and never shared with commercial entities.
Financial Information: Fee receipts, payment modes, transactions, and discount authorizations. Online banking details are securely handled through PCI-DSS certified gateways without saving card or UPI credentials on our servers.

3. Strict Protection of Student Records

In compliance with the SRS requirements, student records, fee dues, attendance logs, and internal academic files are strictly sequestered behind authenticated, role-based ERP access. The public website never exposes private student records or internal ERP data.

4. Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC)

Student accounts are granted read-only visibility exclusively to their individual profile, class fee ledgers, receipts, and relevant announcements. Staff accounts are governed by granular server-side permissions determined by the school management. Administrative activities are tracked via automated system audit logs.

All passwords are encrypted using one-way bcrypt hashing. Deactivation of student or staff accounts preserves historical audit records and financial transactions for statutory compliance while revoking immediate system access.
